Freeman S. Hall, President, has 20 years of experience developing and delivering innovative business solutions. Prior to founding Solar Electric Solutions, Mr. Hall served as Vice President of Project Finance & Corporate Development for Turner Renewable Energy (TRE) before the company was sold to First Solar in 2007. He developed the investment strategy and led the investment in TRE for Ted Turner in 2006. After the acquisition, Mr. Hall joined TRE to develop the company’s capability to offer Power Purchase Agreements or PPA’s to customers. As an early innovator in developing PPA’s, Mr. Hall worked extensively with leading financial institutions to finance greater than 10MW’s of PPA’s prior to the sale of the company. Mr. Hall co-founded Ecos Technologies Inc., a leading provider of enterprise solutions for corporate environmental, health, and safety management with responsibilities for product marketing and sales from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Hall has also spent six years as a management consultant for Andersen Consulting’s Strategic Services practice and for clients such as DuPont. Mr. Hall holds a BA from Duke University, and an MBA with distinction from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. |
